Jalan “Dr. J” Burton, MD, MPH
Jalan is a coach, pediatrician, and public health professional with over 20 years of experience in youth development, peer education, teaching, practice management, medicine, and coaching.
In 2019 she founded her pediatric practice, Healthy Home Pediatrics. Through the years, she built a joyful, profitable, scaleable, and sustainable business that helped families in her region. During the tumultuous times of 2026, she felt led to use her voice and skills in a way that benefits more families and shifted into public health leadership advocating for adolescents and their communities.
Jalan intentionally weaves harmony into everything that she touches and aims to do the same for other women by helping them build harmonious lives working in healthcare and wellness.
BEATA
Beata is a medical doctor and a program and operations management specialist. With over a decade of combined experience in higher education and quality assurance, she has worked with teams and organisations across Europe, Africa and North America to design, build and manage resilient and sustainable systems that strengthen the health and education workforce, improving outcomes for learners, educators and the communities they serve.
